repair services in Edmonton and surrounding areas. Our return and refund
policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
1. Service Fees
All service call fees, diagnostic fees, and labor charges are non-refundable
once the service has been performed.
2. Parts Return Policy
All parts installed by our technicians are final sale.
Manufacturer warranty may apply depending on the part.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
• The wrong part was installed due to technician error
• The appliance issue was not resolved AND a second visit confirms no repair was performed
• A part ordered was unavailable or discontinued
4. No Refund Conditions
Refunds cannot be provided if:
• The appliance has multiple existing issues or new issues appear after repair
• Damage was caused by misuse, overloading, water leaks, electrical problems, or poor maintenance
• A third party attempted repair after our service
• The customer declines recommended repairs
5. Warranty
All repairs include a 30-day labor warranty.
Warranty covers the original repair only, not new or unrelated issues.
6. Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
If the technician is already en route or arrives at the location, a service call
fee will be charged.
